Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of edaravone in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:120 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage from January to August in 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were intravenous dripped with xingnao injection 20 mL with 5% glucose injection 250 mL and the diabetic patients with NS,and the observation group were intravenous dripped with edaravone 30 mg and 0.9% NS on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The two groups had continuous treatment of 21 d.Results:Before treatment,the NDS scores and ADL scores,ESS score,NIHSS score of the two groups had no statistical significant differences(P>0.05).The NDS scores and ADL scores,ESS score,NIHSS score of the observation group at the end of the course and after 2 months were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,20 cases had recovery;27 cases had significantly progress;11 cases had progress;1 cases was ineffective;1 case was dead;the total effective rate was 96.6%. In the control group,15 cases had recovery;21 cases had significantly progress;11 cases had progress;1 cases was ineffective;1 case was dead;the total effective rate was 80.0. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage had distinct curative effect and the various indicators recovered quickly,worthy of promotion.关键词
