Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of edaravone combined with Xue Shuan Tong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:64 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 32 cases in each.The control group was given Xue Shuan Tong treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The observation group was added edaravone on the basis of the control group treatment.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:The total effective rate after treatment of the observation group and the control group were respectively 93.75% and 68.75%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Barthel index and NIHSS score after treatment of two groups were compared with those before treatment,there were significantly improved,and the observation group improved more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Xue Shuan Tong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patient's curative effect, promote the recovery of neurological function.It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
