摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the nursing method and effect of ultrasound guided pericardium puncture catheter drainage in the treatment of a large amount of pericardial effusion.Methods:32 patients with pericardial effusion were selected from January 2009 to January 2014.They were given ultrasound guided pericardium puncture catheter drainage treatment.20 patients with pericardial effusion were selected from January 2003 to December 2008.They were given under ECG clinical nursing bedside puncture pericardial effusion treatment.The nursing coordinations of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The ultrasound guided pericardium puncture catheter drainage treatment method was most often a success,but under ECG clinical nursing bedside puncture pericardial effusion treatment method need to repeatedly puncture.The complication incidence rate of ultrasound guided pericardium puncture catheter drainage treatment method was 3.12%;the complication incidence rate under ECG clinical nursing bedside puncture pericardial effusion treatment method was 50% ;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided pericardium puncture catheter drainage in the treatment of a large amount of pericardial effusion is safe and effective treatment method.Accurate and appropriate,effective nursing coordination is security guarantee.关键词
