复合式小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼的护理
Nursing of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the nursing effect after compound trabeculectomy.Methods:96 patients with compound trabeculectomy were selected from January 2009 to June 2011.Through the psychological nursing,eye nursing,music treatment after operation,the anterior chamber and intraocular pressure were observed.Results:After operation 1 to 3 days,14 eyes(14.6%) were shallow anterior chamber.After operation 2 days,6 eyes(6.3%) were transient high intraocular pressure.After operation 1 day, 1 eye was hyphema.They recovered normal after clinical treatment and careful nursing.Conclusion:The compound trabeculectomy combined with postoperative careful nursing in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma can reduce the operation risk and reduce complications.关键词
