摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the mechanism of imipenem resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods:89 strains of clinical isolates of pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected.Disk diffusion method was used for drug sensitivity test,ultraviolet absorption method for the determination of microporous membrane protein oprD2 gene,disk synergy test determination ofβ-metal enzyme, while understanding the effect of cyanide chlorophenylhydrazone on imipenem minimum inhibitory concentration by using Etest test.Results:oprD2 resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were significantly lower than the sensitive strain of pseudomonas aeruginosa(P<0.05),and drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa strains produceβ-metal enzyme;at the same time there are drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa strains existactive efflux pump mechanism.Conclusion:Decreased the content of oprD2,β-metal enzyme producing,active efflux pumpmechanism were the main mechanism resulting in pseudomonas aeruginosa resistantto imipenem.关键词
