Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the application status of antibacterial drugs in hospitalized patients,in order to improve and promote standardized management of clinical antimicrobial and optimization of medication drugs.Methods:524 patients using antimicrobial agents in hospital were selected from January 2011 to January 2014.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,directed against analysis the use of antibacterials during hospitalized period,and summarized unreasonable regimen,so as to promote the specification of antibiotics management in our hospital and clinical drug scheduling optimization.Results:Among 637 hospitalized patients at the same period,524 cases had used antibiotics,and the use rate was 82.26%,in which there were 142 cases with unreasonable drug use and it accounted for 27.10%(142/524).Unreasonable drug use mainly include the following aspects:random joint administration,unreasonable dosage and improper treatment time,frequent change of drugs or free withdrawal,empirical treatment etc.Conclusion:Rational use of antimicrobial drugs is the basis and premise of healing in patients with disease.Reasonable standard medication has very important clinical significance.Health workers need to improve awareness on appropriate use of antimicrobial drugs.关键词
