摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss effect of the plavix and aspirin combination in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods:90 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were selected from June 2010 to July 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated with aspirin,and the observation group were treated with plavix and aspirin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The cure rate and the effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The low density lipoprotein,triglyceride,cholesterol of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of plavix and aspirin combination in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is remarkable.It has clinical significance,and it can be popularized.关键词
