窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的临床疗效
Clinical curative effect of narrow band ultraviolet B in the treatment of vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of narrow band ultraviolet B(PUVB) in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:104 patients with vitiligo were selected from July 2009 to 2014.They were divided into groups according to the choice of treatment method.The treatment group were given PUVB irradiation treatment 2~3 times every week,and the control group were given oral immunomodulators 2 times/d and topical 0.105% halometasone cream treatment.We compared the efficacy after 3 months.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%;the adverse reaction rate was 13.8%;the recurrence rate was 8.33%.The effective rate of the control group was 61.76% ;the adverse reaction rate was 27.94% ;the recurrence rate was 32.35% .The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrow band ultraviolet B(PUVB) irradiation is effective and safe in the treatment of vitiligo,so it can be promoted in clinical.关键词
