社区老年原发性高血压规范治疗体会

Abstract
Objective:Experience about the community elderly hypertension standardized treatment.Methods:78 community elderly patients with essential hypertension were selected from January 2012 to February 2014.They were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group were given the conventional treatment,and the study group were given the valsartan treatment.We compared and analyzed clinical therapeutic effect and blood pressure condition of the two groups.Results:Before the treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure of the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After the treatment, the total efficiency of the study group (94.87%) was significantly better than the control group(76.92%).The two group of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased,and the decreased degree of the study group was obviously than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of valsartan in the treatment of community elderly hypertension has good curative effect,and less adverse reactions,convenient use and simple,and the price is cheap,so it is worth in the clinical application.关键词
