急诊剖宫产手术中不同麻醉方式的效果比较
Effect comparing of different anesthesia in emergency cesarean

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different anesthesia application in patients with emergency cesarean delivery.Methods:80 cases of emergency cesarean delivery were selected from July 2013 to June 2014.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group accepted continuous epidural anesthesia,and the observation group accepted combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.We observed the clinical anesthesia effect of the two groups. Results: The ratio of excellent anesthetic effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the anesthesia induction time and operation time were shorter than that of the control group.The incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia application in patients with emergency cesarean delivery had higher ratio of excellent anesthetic effect and shorter induction time and operating time which had lower incidence of adverse reactions and could achieve the ideal anesthetic effect.关键词
