摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the related risk factors of preterm birth.Methods:120 cases of premature infants birth mothers were selected in 1 years,and 105 cases of term parturients were selected at the same period.We retrospective analyzed the risk factors of preterm birth.Results:The main risk factors of premature birth:the pregnant maternal premature rupture of membranes, twins,breech presentation,did not do antenatal examination,in severe pregnancy induced hypertension and antepartum hemorrhage and so on.Asphyxia and perinatal death rate of the premature newborns were significantly higher than that of full-term.Conclusion:The preterm birth related to various factors during pregnancy.The major risk factors are complications of pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes and maternal without prenatal examination.关键词
