摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of cefuroxime sodium in treatment of senile emphysema.Methods: 144 patients with Senile emphysema infected were selected from April 2013 to July 2014.They were randomly divided into the F group and the D group with 72 cases in each.They were given the cefuroxime sodium combined with Tan Re Qing treatment and simple Tan Re Qing treatment respectively on basis of the conventional treatment.Results:The total efficiency of the F group 93.06% was significantly higher than that of the D group 73.61% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptoms, hemogram,body temperature recovery time and hospitalization time of the F group were shorter than those of the D group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions incidence of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of senile emphysema has the advantages of good curative effect,shorten the hospitalization time,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worthy of wide clinical application.关键词
