摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound examination in fetal limb deformity.Methods:8 462 fetal whom accepted prenatal ultrasound examination before induction of labor and delivery were selected from January 2010 to January 2013.The situation of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis were retrospectivly analyzed.Results:In this group,22 cases were confirmed as limb deformity by the induction of labor or after birth,13 cases complicated with other malformation,in which 18 cases were accurately diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound(81.82% ),1 cases of misdiagnosis,ans 3 cases of missed diagnosis,the misdiagnosis rate was 18.18% .Conclusion:Application of continuous order tracking ultrasound in prenatal has important diagnostic value in fetal limb deformity,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
