Value analysis of narrow band imaging endoscopy in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and dysplasia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis significance of narrow band imaging for early gastric cancer and dysplasia. Methods:We used the common gastroscope or staining and narrow band imaging for suspected lesions using indigo carmine staining,and combined with magnifying endoscopy for suspected lesions to observe,and did histopathologic examination at the same time.We compared and analyzed the information get on the 2 diagnostic methods.Results:The difference between the narrowband endoscopic imaging and endoscopic or staining endoscopy diagnosis effect was obvious,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The narrow band imaging in the observation of focal,superficial lesions clearly and more advantages;for the observation results of gastric pits and gastric mucosal microvascular show that the narrow band imaging accounted for a larger advantage.Conclusion:Narrow band imaging not only has the advantages of simple operation,safety,but also can be clearly found early gastric cancer or precancerous lesions of gastric cancer for early detection and timely taking measures of treatment of great significance.关键词
