Application of C-reaction protein in pediatric infectious diseases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of the changes of Serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in pediatric clinical. Methods:We used the immune turbidimetry method to detect the changes of serum CRP in 102 cases of pediatric patients,and counted the white cell at the same time,in order to determine the infection extent,curative effect and prognosis of pediatric patients. Results:The CRP detection of various diseases of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).In 102 patients,98 cases were CRP positive,and the positive rate was 94.1%;94 cases with elevated levels of white blood cells,and the positive rate was 78.4% (P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of CRP is helpful for auxiliary diagnosis in pediatric clinical infectious diseases,determine the disease extent and evaluation the treatment effect.It has higher value of clinical application.关键词
