脑卒中患者偏瘫恢复期的康复护理研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of rehabilitation nursing in restoration stage of stroke patients.Methods:38 patients with stroke at recovery period were selected from February 2012 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups with 19 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given conventional care,while the experimental group were given rehabilitation nursing based on conventional care given by the control group.We compared ADL Barthel index(BI) and Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA) before and after nursing between two groups.Results:The differences in gender,age,basic disease and other aspects had statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of nursing care,BI index and FMA score of the experimental group both were higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing care can improve stroke patients with hemiplegia convalescent quality of life,so it should be widely promote and applicate in clinical.关键词
