摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical value of early enteral nutrition care nursing for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:196 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received parenteral nutrition care and the observation group received early enteral nutrition care.Results:The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The bleeding and the total length of hospital stay of the observation group were better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).2 cases died and 2 cases were disability in the observation group and the poor prognosis rate(4.1%) was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition care nursing for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage could significantly decrease the rate of poor prognosis and improve the quality of lifeof patients,which had important clinical value.
