护理干预及早期观察应用于手足口病重症患儿的临床分析
Clinical analysis of nursing intervention and early observation used in children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of early observation and comprehensive nursing on children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:78 cases of children with severe HFMD from April 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 39 cases in each group.The children of the control group accepted routine nursing care,and the intervention group received close observation and comprehensive nursing.The improved time of clinical symptoms and curative effect in the two groups were compared.Results:The fades time and thermal annealing time of the intervention group were obviously shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the intervention group(97.44%) was obviously higher than that of the control group 82.05%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Close early observation combined with comprehensive nursing could improve the curative effect effectively and promote the rehabilitation of sick children.关键词
