Abstract
Objective:Through summarizing the treatment method of pregnant hyperemesis gravidarum,we analyzed the cause of the disease,in order to improve the understanding.Methods:We analyzed the age of onset,number of pregnancy,clinical symptoms and signs,treatment methods of 48 cases of pregnant patients with hyperemesis gravidarum,and summarized its clinical characteristics.Results:In this group cases were all cured.They were followed by 6 months of pregnancy to pregnancy in good condition.Fluid and timely support treatment,strengthening education,strengthen psychological guidance were the keys to the prevention and control.Conclusion: Psychotherapy and rehydration treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum are satisfied.It is suitable for basic-level hospitals.关键词
