危重病患者院前急救人性化护理分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the humane care of critically ill patients in pre-hospital first aid.Methods:76 patients were selected from June 2013 to 2014 May.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group were treated with humane care on the basis of the control group.After admission,using Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) evaluated the mental state of the two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction.Results:There were statistically significant of two groups of patients after admission,anxiety depression scores,(P<0.05);there were also statistically significant of the patients on service attitude,nursing skills,communication skills and other satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of first aid hospital in critical human care can effectively improve the patient's anxiety,and improve patient satisfaction,so it is worth clinical promoting.关键词
