Nursing satisfaction observation after the implementation of humanization nursing management

摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the implementation effect of humanization nursing management and satisfaction change of patients.Methods:600 cases of inpatients were selected from January 2013 to September 2014.600 patients without the implementation of humanization nursing management were selected before January 2013 as the control group.The control group were given routine nursing mode,while the humanization nursing management group were given the implementation of humanization nursing on the basis of in the control group.Results:After the humanization nursing management,the disease cognitive standard cases,grasping medication time cases,taking doctor's advice cases,timely review cases of the humanization nursing management group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression level scores of patients in two groups before nursing showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing, the anxiety and depression level scores of the humanization nursing management group were significantly decreased,and there were statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of humanization nursing management group was 98% ,while the control group was 75% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanization nursing management can significantly improve patient satisfaction.It is worth of clinical promotion.
