Abstract
Objective:To explore curative effect and the cardiac function improved of exercise rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) combined chronic heart failure.Methods:70 cases of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) combined chronic heart failure from January 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group(36 cases) and the control group(34 cases).The control group were given the conventional treatment,and the observation group were given exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the conventional treatment.We compared the curative effect and the change of the indicators in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.2%;that of the control group was 79.4%;the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).The indicators of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the difference were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The conventional treatment combined exercise rehabilitation treatment could improve the clinical total effective rate of coronary heart disease combined chronic heart failure and improve the patient's heart function obviously,which was worthy of application and popularization in clinical activities.关键词
