临床路径带教模式在产房实习护生带教中的应用
Application of clinical pathway teaching mode in the nursing students practice in delivery room teaching

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application dffect of clinical pathway teaching mode in the nursing students practice in delivery room teaching.Methods:We retrospective analyzed 36 nursing students in the delivery room from January to December 2013,the nursing students in the first half of the year as the control group,the nursing students in the second half of the year as the observation group,and both of the control group and observation group had 18 cases in each.The control group were given the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group were given the clinical pathway teaching model.At the end of the practice, we compared and analyzed the examination results of the nursing students and the satisfaction of nursing students and teaching nurses.Results:The satisfaction of the nursing students and teaching nurses of the observation group was 94% and 100%respectively.The satisfaction of the nursing students and teaching nurses of the control group was 77% and 60% respectively.The satisfaction of nursing students and teaching nurses of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The delivery room nursing students taking the clinical pathway teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching pattern,so it is worth promoting in the delivery room intern.关键词
