摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion with different concentrations on the proliferation and apoptosis of esophageal cancer EC109 cells.Methods:We detected the proliferation of esophageal cancer cell line EC109 by used the MTT method,measured the cell apoptosis by flow cytometry and Hoechest33342 method.Results:Brucea javanica oil emulsion had the effect on proliferation and apoptosis of cancer cells EC109 tube and has a dose dependent effect.Conclusion:Brucea Javanica can through the effect of cell morphology,cell cycle,apoptosis gene and cell immune function to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells.关键词
