Abstract
Objective:In view of the adverse drug reaction in our hospital in the first half of 2014 occurred were analyzed and summarized,the analysis of the characteristics of occurrence of adverse drug reactions,clinical manifestation and its proportion provides a reference for clinical safe medication and rational use of drug.Methods:The adverse drug reaction that occurred in our hospital in the first half of 2014 were collected,sorted,analyzed and summarized,respectively by the patient's gender,age,the clinical manifestations of the adverse drug reactions,reaction type and severity,the variety of which occur adverse drug reaction, routes of administratio as the indicators for statistical inductive analysis.Results:The patients with adverse drug reactions in our hospital during the first half of 2014 were mostly middle age and young people,the total number of cases was 60.52%.Adverse drug reactions involved 27 kinds of drug variety,including 9 kinds of antibacterial drugs,accounting for 33.33% of the total number of drugs,7 kinds of Chinese medicine injection,accounting for 25.92% of the total number of drugs,intravenous route of administration occurred for the highest proportion,accounting for 94.73% of the total.The clinical manifestation of adverse drug reactions were most with the damage to the skin and accessories,accounting for 33.33% of the total cases.Conclusion:In order to ensure the security of hospital drug use and rational drug use,the use of antibacterial drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections should be strengthened and standardized,treated according to the clinical manifestation,used in strict accordance with the norms of drug instructions.Adverse drug reactions are related to many factors,clinical pharmacists and medical staff should strengthen the monitoring of patients with medication together,strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reaction helps to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
