美托洛尔与胺碘酮联合应用治疗心律失常临床研究
Clinical research of amiodarone combined metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of amiodarone combined metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia and provide the reference for scientific and security clinical application.Methods:126 cases of patients with cardiac arrhythmias from January 2013 to May 2014 were divided into the research group and the control group(with 63 cases in each group) according to the different methods of drug use.The research group were treated with metoprolol combined amiodarone,and the control group were only treated with amiodarone.We compared the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the sinus rhythm conversion rate and the total effective rate in patients of the research group were all significantly higher than that of the control group,and the medicine time was short in the research group.There were statistically significant differences of blood pressure,heart rate in the two groups between before and after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia had obvious therapeutic effect and had quicker effect,higher efficient and less adverse reaction,higher security compared with the use of amiodarone alone,which was worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.关键词
