老年原发性高血压患者餐后血糖水平与心率变异性的相关性研究
Correlation investigation between postprandial plasma glucose and heart rate variability in elderly essential hyperten-sive patients

Abstract
Objectives:To investigate the correlation between postprandial plasma glucose and heart rate variability in elderly essential hypertensive patients.Methods:204 cases of elderly essential hypertensive patients from March 2012 TO August 2014 were divided into the normal postprandial plasma glucose group,high postprandial plasma glucose group and the diabetes group. All participants underwent 24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram.Results:The normal standard deviation of RR interval(SDNN) in the normal postprandial plasma glucose group,high postprandial plasma glucose group and the diabetes group was 112.36,86.68 and 68.43 ms;the SDANN was 96.47,74.63 and 63.51 ms,and the rMSSD was 38.02,26.33 and 20.18 ms;there were significant differences among three groups(P<0.05).And low frequency (LF) was 773.41,552.23 and 469.92 ms2,high frequency (HF) was 402.60,334.55 and 340.52 ms2,LF/HF rate was 1.92,1.65 and 1.38 respectively.LF,HF and LF/HF rate in high postprandial plasma glucose group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of postprandial plasma glucose was significantly negatively related to SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD,LF and LF/HF rate,and positively related to VLF(P<0.05).Conclusion:High level of postprandial plasma glucose maybe the most important risk factor of autonomic cardiovascular dysfunction for elderly essential hypertensive patients.关键词
