短时多次蓝光疗法在新生儿黄疸治疗中的价值分析
Analysis of the value of short-time blue light therapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of short-time blue light therapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:95 cases of neonatal jaundice were selected from June 2013 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group with 48 cases and the control group with 47 cases.The control group received the traditional long time Blu ray irradiation treatment,and the study group were given short-time Blu ray irradiation treatment.We analyzed the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After the treatment,the TBIL level and IBIL level of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The adverse reaction rate was 8.33% ,which was lower than that of the control group 29.79% (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of short-time blu ray irradiation is curative.It is safe and feasible,which can reduce the level of serum bilirubin jaundice of newborn effectively.关键词
