Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of bifidobacterium triple viable capsules with mosapride citrate piece in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:84 cases of patients with FD from January 2012 to May 2013 were divided into the research group and the control group,with 47 cases in each group.The research group were treated with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules(420 mg/time,3 times/d) joint mosapride citrate piece(5 mg/time,3 times/d).The control group were treated with mosapride citrate piece.8 weeks after the treatment,The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction in both groups were observes and the recurrence rate was compared follow-up for 1 year.Results:8 weeks after the treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the research group(93.62%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.72%)(χ 2=4.37, P<0.05).Follow-up for 1 year after the treatment,the recurrence in the research group and the control group respectively were 5 cases,11 cases,and the recurrence rate in the research group(11.36% ) was significantly lower than that of the control group(29.73% ) ( χ 2=4.28, P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules with mosapride citrate piece in the treatment functional dyspepsia had significant curative effect and could improve the symptoms of indigestion obviously,with good security,which could prevent the recurrence of FD.关键词
