剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠8例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 8 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of cesarean scar pregnancy,early diagnosis and related diagnosis and treatment scheme.Methods:8 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:2 cases were treated with MTX kill the embryo of conservative treatment.1 case was converted to interventional therapy of uterine curettage because of failure of conservative treatment.5 cases were treated with uterine artery embolization for uterine curettage.8 cases were cured and discharged.Conclusion:We should discover cesarean scar pregnancy patients timely. According to the specific condition,we formulated individualized treatment plan accordingly.关键词
