过氧化苯甲酰联合多磺酸黏多糖治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of benzoyl peroxide combining with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate on vulgaris acne.Methods:126 patients with mild to moderate acne were randomized divided into two groups.The group A was treated with benzoyl peroxide gel combined mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream.The group B was only treated with benzoyl peroxide gel,the treatment course was 8 weeks,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were comared.Results:The total effective rate of the group A was 80.95% and that of the group B was 63.49%.The remains of erythema or nodule or scar in group A were less than that of the group B.There were differences of the total effective rate and the prognosis between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Benzoyl peroxide gel combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in the treatment of vulgaris acne was more effective and made better prognosis.关键词
