白内障手术对患者视功能及生活质量的改善效果研究
Improvement of effect research of the visual function and the quality of life in patients treated with cataract surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect on visual function and the quality of life in patients treated with cataract surgery and provide a reference basis for the treatment of cataract.Methods:110 cases of senile cataract patients treated with cataract surgery from September 2013 to August 2014 were as the research object and the clinical data were analyzed.The improvement effect of visual function and the quality of life in patients with cataract surgery were observed.Results:4 weeks after the cataract surgery,110 cases of senile cataract patients had the naked eyesight increased significantly and corneal astigmatism degree decreased significantly,compared with the preoperative,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).4 weeks after the surgery,the the quality of life scale (CLVQOL) score in patients with low vision were increased significantly compared with the preoperative,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).All patients had no severe complications such as retinal detachment and macular sac sample water cyst,with safety and reliable.Conclusion:Cataract surgery could significantly improve the patient's visual function and life quality and was safety and reliable,which had important clinical value for the treatment of senile cataract.关键词
