鼻内窥镜下治疗难治性鼻出血40例临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscope in the treatment of refractory nasal bleeding.Methods:40 cases of patients with refractory nasal bleeding from June 2010 to June 2014 were treated with nasal endoscopic probe and hemostatic surgery under general anesthesia and given postoperative follow-up.Results:37 cases cured with one time of treatment(92.5%),3 cases cured with 2 times of treatment(7.5%),and the total effective rate was 100%.There was no recurrence follow-up for postoperative 3 months.Conclusion:Nasal endoscope in the examination and treatment of refractory nasal bleeding had accurate positioning and clear curative effect,worth clinical application.关键词
