老年急性出血坏死性肠炎6例临床诊治分析
Clinical analysis of diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis in 6 cases

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the misdiagnosis of senile acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis,in order to improve the understanding of clinical work in elderly patients with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis,and to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods:6 patients with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis misdiagnosed were selected.We analyzed their clinical data.Results:The patients were misdiagnosed as bacillary dysentery of 2 cases,1 case of intestinal obstruction,3 cases of appendicitis.Conclusion:Due to the lack of specific clinical symptoms,misdiagnosis rate of acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis was high.Clinically,the first symptoms of elderly patients were abdominal pain with early signs of peritoneal irritation.We should consider the possibility of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis,to reduce the misdiagnosis and the mortality rate.关键词
