摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the reasons and prevention measures of transfusion reaction occurred in the community,in order to reduce the occurrence of clinical transfusion reaction.Methods:We analyzed the causes of 38 cases of infusion reaction among those 11 055 cases with infusion in community.Results:The infusion reaction factors were complex and diverse,including drug factors,operational factors,environmental factors,human factors,and the physically of patients themselves.Conclusion: We should reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions by management of all kinds of factors which cause transfusion reaction,such as avoiding unnecessary liquid infusion,strengthen management and training measures,strengthen aseptic concept,and strict operation procedure.关键词
