The diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic method and treatment effect of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected from February 2011 to March 2014.All patients were implemented endoscopic examination and pathological diagnosis.The coincidence rates of two diagnosis methods were compared.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The observation group was given Wei Fu Chun combined with hydrotalcite drug treatment,and the control group was only given hydrotalcite drug treatment.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The coincidence rate of endoscopic examination was higher up to 96.25%, and the treatment effect of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group;the difference between groups was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of endoscopic examination can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,at the same time using Wei Fu Chun combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has good curative effect,and it is high safety,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
