Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Chi Feng Feng Yuan acupuncture in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods:132 patients with acute ankle joint sprain were selected.They were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the order of treatment.44 cases in the acupuncture group were given "Chi Feng Fegn Yuan" acupuncture therapy;the teaching group with 44 cases refered to the methods of "acupuncture" in the treatment of ankle joint sprain;the voltaren group with 44 cases were given votalin emulsion externally wiped treatment.We observed the ankle joint pain,swelling and functional improvement situation of the patients after the treatment,and we compared the ankle joint symptom score of the patients in 3 groups before and after the treatment.Results:The comparison of symptom score difference before and after treatment in the patients of 3 groups:pain difference:acupuncture group:2.59(0.92),teaching group:1.86(0.51),diclofenac group:1.5(0.876),F=21.669, P=0;swelling difference:acupuncture group:2.09(0.603),teaching group:2.09(0.96),diclofenac group:1.45(0.901),F=8.496,P=0;dysfunction: acupuncture group:2.14(1.091),teaching group:2.09(0.96),diclofenac group:1.77(0.642),F=2.053,P=0.133;the total score difference:acupuncture group:6.82(1.632),teaching group:6.18(1.968),diclofenac group:4.73(1.37),F=18.021,P=0.The analgesic effect of acupuncture group is better than the teaching group and also is better than the diclofenac group(P1*2=0,P1*3=0,P2*3=0),the swelling effect of the acupuncture group and the teaching group almost but better than the voltaren group(P1*2=1.000,P1*3=0.001,P2*3=0.001),the joint dysfunction of three groups was difference(P=0.133),from the total curative effect,the acupuncture group and the teaching group was similar efficacy(P1*2=0.180),but were better than the voltaren group(P1*2=0.18, P1*3=0.000,P2*3=0.000).Conclusion:The Chi Feng Feng Yuan acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of ankle joint sprain can play a good Huoxue analgesic effect,so it is worthy of the clinical application.关键词
