Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect and recurrence prevention of Banxiaxiexin decoction in the treatment of the patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:74 cases of patients with FD from April 2011 to October 2013 were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and the control group(with 37 cases in each group).The control group were treated with mosapride citrate capsules 5 mg/time,3 times/d.The chinese medicine group were treated with Banxiaxiexin decoction,1 time/d.6 weeks after the treatment,the clinical effect and adverse reaction in both groups were observed,and the recurrences were compared follow-up of six months.Results:6 weeks after the treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group(94.59% )was obviously better than that of the control group(75.68%)(χ 2=5.23,P<0.05).3 cases had adverse reactions in Chinese medicine group and 6 cases had adverse reactions in the control group,the symptoms are mild,there was no obvious difference(χ 2=0.51, P>0.05).Follow-up for half one year,the recurrence rate of the Chinese medicine group(20.00%) was obviously lower than that of the control group(42.86%)(χ2=3.86,P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxiaxiexin decoction in the treatment of patients with FD had better effect than mosapride citrate,which could improve the symptoms of indigestion more obviously and had better security and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
