Examination coordination of dual-source CT coronary artery imaging
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the examination coordination and effect of the implementation of dual-source CT coronary artery imaging.Methods:120 patients with dual-source CT coronary artery imaging were selected from January to July 2014.They were implemented relevant imaging coordination,and the success rate of imaging and image quality score were observed and analyzed. Results:The success rate of dual-source CT coronary artery imaging in 210 cases was 97.61%,among patients with 5 scores were 85.71%,and patients with 4 scores were 11.90%.In the unsuccessful patients,patients with 4 scores were 1.91%,and patients with 3 scores were 0.48% .The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing coordination in patients with dual-source CT coronary artery imaging can effectively improve the success rate of imaging and reduce the influencing factors,and then improve the success rate and accuracy rate in the diagnose of coronary heart disease.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
