全髋关节置换术患者早期护理干预对康复效果的影响
Effect of early nursing intervention on rehabilitation effect in patients with total hip arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on rehabilitation effect in patients with total hip arthroplasty.Methods:86 patients with total hip replacement were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group according to the different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing care, and the study group received early nursing intervention.We compared the Harris score and complications between the two groups. Results:The excellent and good rate of the research group was 93.02% ,which was higher than that of the control group 76.74%, and the complications of 4.65% was lower than that of the control group 20.93% (P<0.05).Conclusion:The early nursing intervention of the postoperative total hip arthroplasty patients can ensure the hip joint function recovered well effectively,and reduce the incidence of complications,so it has the value of clinical application.关键词
