口腔护理液用于手足口病患儿口腔疱疹中的治疗效果观察
Treatment effect observation of oral nursing liquid in the treatment of oral herpes of children with hand foot mouth disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of oral nursing liquid in the treatment of oral herpes of children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods:112 cases of children with hand foot mouth disease were selected from August 2012 to August 2013. They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 56 cases in each group.Two groups of children were given conventional oral nursing.The control group was given a watermelon frost spray on the basis of this,and the observation group was given homemade oral nursing liquid.We compared oral herpes healing time,the improvement time of eating and clinical effect of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,in the observation group,the healing time of oral herpes was (3.31±1.08) days,and the improvement time of eating was (2.46±0.51) days;in the control group,oral herpes healing time and the improvement time of eating respectively was (4.89 ± 1.43) days and (3.98 ± 0.82) days;compared between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total efficiency was 92.86% ;the control group was 75% ;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The homemade oral nursing liquid can promote the early resumption of oral herpes heal of children with hand foot mouth disease quickly,and the early resumption of food,clinical curative effect was good.It was worth the clinical promotion.关键词
