Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of tiotropium bromide combined with salmeterol fluticasone in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with salmeterol fluticasone,and the control group was treated with tiotropium bromide.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,in FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC,FEV1 accounted for the expected value.The observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the ADL score was (5.12±0.15),which was significantly higher than that in control group;in the observation group,6 min walking distance was (357.4 ± 29.5) meters,which was significantly higher than that of control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium bromide combined with salmeterol fluticasone in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively enhance the pulmonary function,and curative effect was exact.It was worthy of promotion.关键词
