Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical anesthesia curative effects and postoperative complications of epidural anesthesia and intubation anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods:240 patients with gynecological operation were selected.They were ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade patients.They were randomly divided into epidural anesthesia group(Ⅰgroup,120 cases) and intubation anesthesia(Ⅱ group,120 cases).The main observations included DBP,SBP,HR,SpO2,PETCO2,pain response, muscle relaxation degree and other basic indicators.The anaesthesia effects and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results:The preoperative and postoperative basic indicators of two groups had no obvious difference,and the differences of the age and weight of patients with anesthesia in two groups had no statistical significance(P<0.05).15 minutes after pneumoperitoneum, DBP、SBP、HR value of Ⅰgroup were significantly higher than those of Ⅱ group,and SpO2 was significantly lower than that ofⅡ group(P<0.05).The anesthetic effect of Ⅱ group was obviously better than that of Ⅰ group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the gynecological laparoscopic operation,the effect of intubation anesthesia is better,which is compared with intravenous anesthesia, and it can obviously control the carbon dioxide retention of patients,and prevent hypotension.关键词
