肝脏贯通伤放置引流条19例手术体会
Experience on 19 cases of liver penetrating wound with the operation of drainage strip
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the operation method and experience in perforating injury of liver caused by sharp tool. Methods:We reviewed the operation treatment method on perforating injury of liver caused by sharp tool retrospectively in the past 5 years.Results:Among all of the 19 cases,there 18 cases were cured,and 1 cases died;1 case occured postoperative complications. Conclusion:Operation is the main treatment measure of hepatic penetrating wounds,if given correctly operation,actively treatment of associated injury,and timely treatment,the success rate of emergency treatment can be improved.关键词
