锁定板联合锚钉治疗Neer Ⅱ型锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of T-locking plate combined with anchor nail in the treatment of distal clavicle fracture of Neer Ⅱ type.Methods:18 patients with distal clavicle fractures of Neer type II whom were treated wirh T-locking plate combined with anchor nail were selected from 2009 to 2013,and estimated their constant,DASH,fracture healing time,beak clinical and radiological evaluation results of lock spacing.Results:They were followed-up averaged 8.5 months,all of the 18 patients were healed within 6 months after the operation.Constant score and DASH score were(83.4±6.5) and(2.3±1.7) respectively at the last follow-up.Conclusion:T-locking plate combined with coracoclavicular ligament in the reconstruction treatment of Neer type II distal clavicle fractures not only can obtain good joint function,but also has less complications.关键词
