Analysis of the application effect of dexmedetomidine vein pump injection combined with sevoflurane inhalation induction in hysteroscopic surgery anesthesia
目的：分析右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入诱导在宫腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法：2013年1-12月收治宫腔镜手术麻醉患者90例，并将其随机分为A、B、C 3组。A组麻醉诱导前15 min静脉泵注0.5μg/kg右美托咪定，B组麻醉诱导前15 min静脉泵注1.0μg/kg右美托咪定，C组麻醉诱导前15 min泵注生理盐水10 mL，3组患者均联合七氟烷吸入诱导。时机适当后为患者置入喉罩，并在自主呼吸状态下为患者连接麻醉机SIMV模式，以2%～…查看全部>>
