米非司酮联合利凡诺在中期妊娠引产中的应用
The application of mifepristone combined with rivanol in mid pregnancy abortion

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of mifepristone combined with rivanol in mid pregnancy abortion.Methods:208 patients with mid pregnancy abortion were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 104 cases in each group.The observation group was given mifepristone and rivanol for amniotic cavity injection;the control group was given rivanol for amniotic cavity injection.Results:In the observation group,time of birth process,labor pain, bleeding,cervical laceration,residue of placenta,the success rate were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The application of mifepristone combined with rivanol in mid pregnancy abortion was an effective,safe,less side effect method.It was worth the clinical promotion.关键词
