手术切除成人骶尾部畸胎瘤6例体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the operation experience of resection of sacrococcygeal teratoma.Methods:6 patients used transabdominal sacrococcygeal and abdominal sacrococcygeal incision excision of sacrococcygeal teratoma were selected from 2000 to 2012.Results:6 patients were given different incision according to the tumor size and different position.All of them were successfully removed tumor;the patients recovered well after the operation;6 cases were cured;no bleeding,infection,intestinal leakage and other severe complications;the curative effect was satisfaction.Patients were followed up for 2 to 9 years,and there was no recurrence of tumor.Conclusion:The effect of the operation excision of adult sacrococcygeal teratoma is certainly,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
