应用中医辨证方案治疗心力衰竭的临床体会
Clinical experience of syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical experience of syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for heart failure.Methods:32 patients with heart failure were selected from 2012 August to 2014 August.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was given the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,significant effective rate and total effective rate were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with LVEF(P>0.05);after the treatment,in the observation group,LEVF was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical experience of syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for heart failure was significant.It helped to improve heart function and improve the quality of life of patients,and it was worthy of popularization and application.关键词
