Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between HBV genotypes and HBV DNA and clinical manifestations.Methods:160 cases of chronic hepatitis B,liver cirrhosis patients were selected from 2011 to 2013.They were hepatitis B virus(HBV) genotype through detection.160 patients were given the genotypes.We compared HBV DNA load and clinical type in genotype B patients and genotype C patients.Results:In 160 patients,genotype B was in 64 cases(40%);genotype C was in 92 cases(57.5%);the other type was in 4 cases(2.5%).In the HBV DNA load and CHB and the number of LC,C type was significantly higher than that of B type,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Liver damage of type C was more severe than the B type. Conclusion:HBV DNA load of HBV genotype C patients was high.The activity of disease was relatively severe.It was easy for the development of severe liver injury,severe hepatitis,liver cirrhosis.关键词
